Boilerplate

BookMyYaan is an Indian online travel platform for booking bus tickets and hotel stays. Travellers can compare bus services across the country, choose seats on live operator seat maps, pick boarding and drop points, and book hotel rooms with rates, inclusions and cancellation terms shown before payment. The platform is built around the points at which travel booking usually fails — prices that move between search and checkout, duplicated bookings, slow suppliers and unclear cancellation policies.
The name is written as one word with two capitals: BookMyYaan. Not “Book My Yaan”, “BookMyYaan.com” in running text, or “Bookmyyaan”. Yaan is a Sanskrit word for a vehicle or a journey; the bird in the mark is a garuda.

Logos
Right-click and save, or open in a new tab. These are the same files the site itself uses, so they will not drift from the live artwork.
Using the logo
You do not need our permission to use these in a story about us. These are the things that would make us ask for a correction.
- Do not redraw, recolour or add effects to the mark. The bird’s colour ramp runs amber through orange and red into magenta and violet, and it is part of the artwork rather than a filter over it.
- Do not stretch it. Scale both dimensions together, and use the SVG where you need it large.
- Do not place the navy lockup on a dark or busy background — use the reversed one.
- Leave clear space around the lockup of at least the height of the bird, and do not set other logos or type inside it.
- Do not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or supply your product.
