1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing BookMyYaan, creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms and the fare, cancellation and supplier conditions shown before payment. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract and must provide accurate information.
2. Our role
BookMyYaan provides a platform to search and book services supplied by bus operators, hotels and other travel providers. The supplier controls inventory, schedules, amenities, check-in or boarding requirements, fulfilment and supplier-specific policies. BookMyYaan facilitates the booking and related support.
3. Accounts and social login
You are responsible for protecting account credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Google and Facebook Login are optional; using either also remains subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or unlawfully.
4. Search results and prices
Availability, schedules, room or seat features and prices can change until a booking is confirmed. Search results are not a reservation. Taxes, fees and the final payable amount are displayed during checkout. Where a supplier reports a material price or policy change, you must accept the updated terms before continuing.
5. Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after BookMyYaan displays confirmation and issues a booking reference, ticket or voucher. Do not travel based only on a payment debit or pending screen. Contact support if payment is debited without confirmation.
6. Passenger and guest responsibilities
You must provide accurate traveller details, carry documents required by the supplier or law, arrive at the specified reporting time and comply with operator or property rules. You must have authority to provide information for every traveller included in a booking.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Eligibility, charges and refund amounts follow the cancellation policy accepted at booking, the supplier's final response and applicable law. Processing time can include supplier, payment gateway and banking timelines. Some fares are non-refundable or become non-refundable near departure or check-in.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt security, scrape or automate abusive requests, submit false information, make fraudulent bookings, infringe another person's rights, or use payment or identity information without authority.
9. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but networks and third-party suppliers may fail or change. To the extent permitted by law, BookMyYaan is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for a supplier's acts beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these terms for service, operational or legal changes; the effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
